Individual development reports are provided to every employee to help them understand their strengths and potential development areas. The report outlines a psychometrics-based description of their character and personality, cognitive reasoning, social or emotional sensitivity/perceptiveness, and values. Additionally, the report combines all of this information to detail how the individual might map onto a prescribed competency model. This model has been developed based on many years working closely with companies, to develop competency frameworks for national and international companies including multi-billion dollar operations.
This information can be combined with optional and individualised career coaching - all facilitated by experienced career coaches through the People Science® platform.


Career Paths
Employees can be guided to consider and express interest for opportunities which are aligned with their cognitive and emotional abilities, personality, values and motivators. Throughout the redeployment process candidates can follow each step of the process with great transparency, for example employees can see their relative standing (compared to other candidates), against any redeployment role for which they have applied.
Combining roles recommended by our platform with optional career coaching, individuals can explore in more depth, where their passion and preferences meet with roles they are likely to be engaged by, and good at.
