People Science can scale to large redeployment projects and provide a fair, transparent, merit-based, and psycho-socially informed methodology to assess and progress internal candidates for positions. In addition to the psychometric assessments mentioned elsewhere on our site, we configure each role to collect other information based on our online job analysis questionnaire, and a review of company-supplied role and job descriptions. We can also fine tune our existing models - which are predicated on a comprehensive review of psychological and work performance literature - to produce bespoke algorithms modelled on your organization's performance data.


Hassle-Free Interviews
Our integrated online interview platform has been built from the ground up to give the redeployment candidate the best opportunity to shine and to provide the easiest to use, least stressful, and pleasant experience possible. For example when submitting online interviews candidates can review and change their videos as many times as they like before submitting them and can apply using a desktop, laptop or mobile device.


Candidates are engaged via a blend of in-person and online interviews, as well as push notifications advising them of their progress, and they can book or change online and in-person interviews easily through our platform.
All candidate responses, whether they be an online job mini-quiz or behavioural video interview, are validated by real life professionals with substantial selection and interviewing experience. Alternatively, we can grant your internal talent teams, guided control over the whole redeployment process.
