Using our proprietary algorithms and psychometric assessments, coupled with other performance, biographic, and work data, we are able to look at complex competencies at a team level to not only model team composition (perhaps looking for a balance of extroverts and introverts in the tribe or group), to more in-depth analyses involving the distribution of critical skills and capabilities.
We use this information to curate learning and development options centered around those areas identified during the analysis stage. Clients receive a team report and coaching recommendations to improve effective team behaviours, and which is specific to their team's profile.
As indicated, workshop focus areas and content depends on the data emerging from the team analytics work to ensure training and development is targeted to areas that will benefit the team. Within this framework every participant will have received a Career Development Report prior to the workshop and we will debrief on team results and implications for working together.
Our workshops are highly interactive while not skimping on research and modern theory components. After results and team styles debrief has occurred, the workshop moves on to training around role, team or organisational competencies suggested by the talent analyses.
