We start by profiling a job or multiple roles (scaling to the entire business if required), by conducting stakeholder meetings and running job analyses. All selected employees are then invited to complete a series of assessments to build an Organisational Culture Report for the role(s) profiled.
The Organizational Culture Report provides a framework to consider things like organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB), team complementarity, safety, and values, specifically values in actIon. We can include most culture components and can adapt to existing metrics and surveys used by the client to preserve common language.
Human Strategy initiatives like workforce planning, internal mobility, and succession planning can be easily and equitably facilitated through an examination of critical skills, attitudinal and ability-based competencies and capabilities that extend beyond culture.
