We adopt a tailored and data-driven approach to our Executive Coaching programs. Candidates complete a range of assessments to gain an appreciation of their likely strengths and development opportunities. These assessments combined with leader's input, as well as their own self-reflection, provides additional clarity around desired outcomes and alignment with company objectives.
Our executive coaching paradigm is based on the Re-GROW model and focuses on four pillars: Sales, Negotiating & Interpersonal Dynamics; Operations & Tactical; Strategy & Critical Thinking; and Leadership and High Potential.
The initial meeting covers introductions and clarification of why we're here and how this all works. Candidates complete assessments around character, preferences, values and abilities after their first meeting to explore leadership and team styles as well as individual passions and preferences. Early goals are now re-evaluated and discussed before then formulating agreed SMART goals. Constant Review and Evaluation occur throughout the program to ensure coaching goals are proceeding as negotiated. The length of program can vary but most programs run from between 6 to 12 sessions.
